We are excited to begin using the Docket App to help support hassle free immunization documentation and tracking. By downloading and setting up the app you will be able to send TLC immunization records directly to TLC without the hassle! BrightWheel has an static open Document Request form open as well, meaning you will be able to share and upload your child's immunizations directly to us making for a seamless transfer and continual care here at TLC.

​How do I add my family members to a shared Docket account or perform a new search?

To perform a new record search, tap the "+" sign on the top-right corner of the "Immunization Search History" screen. The app will automatically select the ADULT RECORDS  search tab. If you would like to search for a dependent, select the CHILD tab.
