Flexible Childcare Survey
As we work through current staffing challenges, we are reviewing upcoming childcare schedules to help us provide safe, consistent care while meeting required staffing ratios.
Because our staffing schedules are developed based on the days and hours families submit each month, we are asking families to let us know if they have any flexibility in their childcare schedule.
We understand that many families depend on their scheduled childcare and may have little or no flexibility. There is no expectation that your family make changes if you need your currently scheduled care. This survey simply helps us identify where flexibility may exist as we work through this temporary staffing challenge.
